PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber laser irradiation device which, of low device cost, small device size, and having a high operation efficiency, is capable of an easy irradition to an arbitrary position of an object which is to be irradiated by freely guiding the laser beam containing a plurality of wavelength components of different effect in the space, related to the interaction between the laser beam and material. SOLUTION: Laser beam 6 containing a plurality of wavelength components emitted from a fiber laser device 14 is guided to an object 11 which is to be irradiated by a mobile guiding means 13, and projected to the object to the object 11 by a beam shaping means 10 fitted to a part of the guiding means 13. |
