PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the moving position of a moving body at a high accuracy with a simple constitution and allow the resolution to be easily changed. SOLUTION: A magnet 4 is mounted on an oscillatory shaft of an oscillatory actuator and has a slope 5 on the surface. A magnetoresistance effect element is mounted at a position facing the magnet 4 on the end face of the oscillator actuator. The distance between the surface of the slope 5 of the magnet 4 and magnetoresistance effect element varies according to the rotational position of the magnet 4 and hence the flux density interlinked with the magnetoresistance effect element is univocally determined according to the rotational position of the magnet 4. Thus, the rotational position of the magnet 4 can be obtd., based on the signal level of a detected signal from the magnetoresistance effect element. |
