BUS BAR WELDING CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy density of a laser device when a tab terminal member is laser-welded to a pattern part of a bus bar in an electric joint box, and to reduce the amount of scattering of molten metal. SOLUTION: A plurality of recesses 111 are formed at a portion to be welded 110 of a tab terminal member 100 made of an approximately uniform thick material. The recesses 111 whose thickness is substantially made thin are irradiated with a laser beam X to melt the bottom 300 of the recesses 111 to weld the tab terminal member 100 to a pattern part 200 of a bus bar.
