PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adjacent magnet from being erroneously rotated at the adjusting of convergence and prevent generation of adjusting deviation due to rotation of a once adjusted magnet ring. SOLUTION: At a point of time when a convergence state becomes the best by combinations of relative locations of two pairs of four-pole and six-pole magnets for convergence adjustment 30, each adjusting fixing bar 8 is pushed, a first protrusion 8a and a second protrusion 8b of the adjusting fixing bar 8 are fitted into each of a first recess 30a and a second recess 30b formed on an inner wall of a hole 9, and fixing ends 8c of the adjusting fixing bars 8 are adjusted by making the fixing ends 8c in press-contact with and fix to an outer peripheral surface of a holder 20. As a result, a specified magnet can be independently adjusted.
