PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely count replenishment paper money and to precisely and easily manage cash without mistaking the domination of the paper money which should be replenished to paper money stackers by individual denominations by automatically deciding the denomination of the replenishment paper money by means of the installation position of a replenishment cassette and counting the replenishment paper money. SOLUTION: When a replenishment cassette 110 is installed in a replacement part, the installation position of the replenishment cassette 110 is detected by the set switch of a ten thousand yen stacker 101-side or the set switch of a thousand yen stacker 102-side. A replenished paper money pay-out means 111 pays out the replenishment paper money from the repleshment cassette 110 and identifies the state and the type of the replenishment paper money which is paid out from the replenishment cassette 110. Then, a control part counts the number of the replenishment paper moneys to the corresponding ten thousand yen stacker 101 or the thousand yen stacker 102 based on the identified result. A replenishment transporation path transports the replenishment paper money to a ten thousand yen temporary holding part 113 or a thousand yen temporary holding part 114.
