PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the consecutive printing processing of plural APS(advanced photo system) films in which the APS films to be printed again co-exist without the need of the permanent existence of an operator skilled in a printing device main body, and without the need of such troublesome processing as that the APS film and a DP bag are arranged in order. SOLUTION: This printing device is provided with a pre-processing part 10 recording the printing information of the APS film to an information transmitting medium 30, and a post-processing part 20 reading the printing information from the medium 30 and performing the printing processing of the APS film based on the printing information. The part 10 is provided with a pre-processing side ID detector 11 detecting the information peculiar to a cartridge incorporating the APS film, and information input/output equipment 12 recording the information to the medium 30. The part 20 is provided with a post processing side detector 21 detecting the information peculiar to the cartridge incorporated in the APS film, and a printing information detector 22 detecting the printing information of the APS film from the medium 30.
