PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pen point and the graduations of a ruler visible large and to enable a user to exactly make a draft of a size of material to be worked by providing a convex lens with a handle having a stem and fitting the stem into a bearing disposed at a holder formed in such a manner that the stem may be mounted at a pen, thereby making it possible to change an angle. SOLUTION: The convex lens 1 made of plastic is provided with the handle 3 having the stem 2 of a columnar shape at its terminal. Further, the holder 4 made of an elastic synthetic resin of a shape formed by notching part of a cylinder is provided with the bearing 5 and the stem 2 is fitted to the bearing 5. When using, the user inserts and mounts the pen to the holder 4. The user, then, regulates the holder by moving the angle of the handle 3 and the position of the holder 4 such that the pen point and the graduations of the ruler are most visible through the convex lens 1. As a result, the pen point and the graduations of the ruler are visible in magnification and, therefore, the usable is able to write a drawing, etc., with the exacter size.
