PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitted illumination condenser capable of dealing with an objective lens having a high-power and also an objective lens having a very low power. SOLUTION: The very low power lens frame 6 with very low power condenser lenses 51 to 53 is supported on the horizontal guide 1a of a mount frame 1 which is attachably/detachably installed in the microscope main body 100, and also, a condenser tray 11 is supported by a vertical guide 61a installed on the very low power lens frame 4, and the condenser tray 11 is moved in a vertical direction cooperatively with the horizontal movement of the very low power lens frame 6.
