PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent the remaining of air in a cooler or to suppress it to a minimum limit by mounting an air bleeding pipe to communicate with an uppermost part of a brine pipe for constituting a cooler. SOLUTION: One end of a fine air bleeding pipe 12 is connected to a connector connected to brine piping 8. The other end of the pipe 12 is drawn down and extended to the vicinity of a lower side of a deck pan D, and a valve 13 with a core is mounted at a front end of the pipe 12. At this time, the pipe 12 communicates with a brine pipe 10A of an uppermost part to press an end of the valve 13 so as to draw out the air retained in an upper part in a cooler 1 to an exterior via the pipe 12. Thus, low temperature brine can be smoothly circulate to conduct an effectively cooling operation.
