PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability while preventing lowering of efficiency by constituting a compression means and an expansion means, respectively, of scroll type compression element and expansion element. SOLUTION: A scroll hydraulic machine 3 comprises a compression element 8, an expansion element 9 and a motor element 11. The compression element 8 comprises a second fixed scroll 27 secured in an outer housing 26 by means of a bolt, and an oscillatory scroll 28 disposed between fixed scrolls 24, 27. The expansion element 9 comprises a second fixed scroll 82 secured in an outer housing 81 by means of a bolt, and an oscillatory scroll 83 disposed between fixed scrolls 79, 82.
