PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling cabinet capable of observing a prepared meal at a glance even without observing in a refrigerator and having the meal in the state that the meal is cooled and preserved. SOLUTION: In the cooler, pipings of cooling coils 5, 6 of a refrigerator 1 with a deep freezer having a compressor 3, a condenser 4 and the coils 5, 6 are branched out of the refrigerator 1, and connected to a cooling coil 8 of a separate cooling cabinet 2 out of the refrigerator. At least part of the coil 8 is made transparent. A case of the cabinet 2 is mounted on a table. Piping 9 between the refrigerator 1 and the cabinet 2 is installed under a floor so as not to disturb walking or cleaning. Its temperature regulation can be conducted by providing a temperature sensor such as a thermostat or the like.
