A composition for external use comprises a tincture of Centella asiatica, tincture of Aesculus hippocastanum, Lavendula officinalis essential oil, Thymus officinalis essential oil, Rosmarinus officinalis essential oil, and a local anesthetic having an immediate action of short duration.
