PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a fault due to foreign matters by magnetically absorbing the magnetic foreign matters and regulating the take-in of the foreign matters at the position of a pan when coins are en bloc charged. SOLUTION: An arc-formed movable pan 45 which is supported freely movably at 180 degrees is installed below the bottom of a fixed pan and the movable pan 45b is inverted by 180 degrees to drop, received coins downward and to store them. The magnetic foreign matters 57 such as a clip, a safety pin, a pachinko ball are magnetically absorbed and held on the movable pan 45b and they are separated from the coins. The take-in of the magnetic foreign matters 57 from the upper part of the movable pan 45b is regulated and a protection function into a device is given. Namely, two ferromagnetic permanent magnets 58 and 58 are fitted to right/left at a back side below the movable pan 45b so that they draw each other. Not only the magnetic absorbing operation of the magnet itself but also the line of magnetic force are generated between both magnets 58 and 58 at distribution positions and an absorbing area can be taken to be wide in the whole movable pan 45b. Then, the magnetic absorbing operation is given on the movable pan 45b.
