METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREPARING TEST PIECE FOR STRENGTH CONTROL OF DEWATERED CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and economically prepare test pieces for controlling the strength of concrete using a vacuum dewatering method. SOLUTION: Mold bodies 10 to be specimens are set, and a plane table 30 is placed on their crest part surfaces. The crest part surfaces of the mold bodies 10 are fitted into the openings provided for the plane table 30 in advance and are exposed. Then the plane table 30 is covered with an airtight sheet 50 via a water permeable sheet 51, and the lower surface of the airtight sheet 50 is subjected to vacuum dewatering until the amount of dewatering of the mold bodies 10 becomes approximately equal to the dehydration rate of a structure body.
