<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the various kinds of conditions in a user coping device for coping with respective users, to report the condition information to a device on a center side, to detect the information of a high emergency degree in the report of the various kinds of the condition information and to quickly perform the coping processing on the center side. SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle terminal, the various kinds of detection values detected in an impact degree sensor 13, an acceleration sensor 14 and a deceleration sensor 15 and an emergency code corresponding to the detection value are stored in a RAM 16 as transmission data and transmitted through telephone communication equipment 25 to a center device 31. The center device 31 stores the transmitted various kinds of the detection values, and in the case that the emergency code is included in the transmission information, executes a specified processing corresponding to the code.</p> |
