PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency bands of a mobile object system by realizing the joint utilization of control channel frequency by time division without establishing the frequency synchronization, phase synchronization, modulation symbol synchronization, etc., of radio waves among plural base stations arranged under geographic conditions interfered by radio waves in a mobile object communication system adopting an FDMA system based on a digital modulation system. SOLUTION: Plural base stations 11 to 16 respectively have functions for adjusting transmission timing transmitted from their own stations and transmit a transmission signal based on a control channel by time division. A line controller 1 fixes the transmission timing in each of base stations 11 to 16 and controls radio waves so as not to collide with each other. Each of mobile stations 31, 32 selects an optimum connecting base station from frame synchronization and a receiving level, adops intermittent receiving operation for receiving only the transmission timing of the connecting base stations 11 to 16 and receives signals from the base stations 11 to 16 as continuous signals.
