PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning facility, capable of utilizing the skeleton of a building as a heat medium storage body effectively and prominent in a running cost. SOLUTION: A ceiling space 4 is formed between the ceiling slab 2 of a building and a ceiling plate 3, defining an indoor space 8, while the ceiling space 4 is provided with an indoor unit 6, equipped with a ventilating fan 13 and a coil 15. An air outlet port 9, communicating with the indoor space 8 to send out air from the indoor unit 6 side toward the indoor space 8, is connected to the indoor unit 6 while the indoor unit 6 is constituted so as to be provided with a fan receiving unit 11, receiving the ventilating fan 13, and a cooling and heating chamber 12, communicating with the fan receiving unit 11 and equipped with the coil 15. In this case, a part of the cooling and heating chamber 12 is defined by the ceiling slab 2. |
