PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make automatically convertible operation information into rocking data by installing a position/posture conversion means which artificially converts the operation displacement quantity into position data and posture data and a rocking data conversion means converting it into rocking data. SOLUTION: In a feeling simulation data generation device, a position/posture calculation part falsely converts an operation displacement quantity which is contained in motion data MD and corresponds to time lapse into position data and posture data on feeling data 14 containing motion data MD in an objective operation article. A mechanism operation part converts position data and posture data into a motion file 11a for operating a rocking device. Thus, the feeling simulation device can falsely reproduce the operation of the objective operation article by rocking the rocking device by the motion file 11a which is thus prepared.
