SOLUTION: An encoding means 100 is provided with a means (input means) 112, which receives the performance of a decoding means as an output destination and transmission line information or user's desired information, etc. The encoding means 100 selects and encodes a scalable image matching the information in real time and sends it out. The decoding means is provided with a means (output means) which sends out information 112, such as the processing performance of the decoding means and user information inputted by a user interface (specifying means), to the encoding means 100.</p> |
