PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a generation of an error caused by a resistance value by providing on the side of a comparison voltage source with a correcting means for imparting a voltage variation equipment to an input voltage variation to a comparison voltage. SOLUTION: A correcting means 20 is constituted by a resistor 21 with one end connected to a comparison voltage source 16; a resistor 22 connected to a space between the other end of the resistor 21 and a voltage source 23. The other input terminal of a voltage comparator VCP is connected to a connection point B of the resistors 21, 22. Since the present invention has a structure that an input voltage V0 imparts a voltage variation equivalent to a voltage variation received by an existence of a resistance component 13 to a comparison voltage V(REF), an erroneous comparison result is not outputted even if the resistant component 13 exists. Accordingly, a reliability of the voltage comparator VCP can be enhanced.
