PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily detect in a general household an allergen such as a mite and plant farina in house dust, which is a cause of allergy, by being mounted on a home vacuum cleaner. SOLUTION: This detecting body is a detecting body mounted on a dust collecting bag port part or a dust collecting bag setting part of an electric vacuum cleaner and removed after dust collection for an indoor inspecting site to detect a collected allergen amount therein using immunoreaction, at least a dust capturing member 3, an allergen collecting member 4 and an allergen detecting member 2 are assembled in, and an antigen solution is brough into contact with the allergen collecting mamber 4 to detect the collected allergen after the allergen is collected in the member 4. An antigen solution solid component dissolved easily by pouring of water to produce the antigen solution is carried.
