PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a non-specific adsorption of hemoglobins and extends the number of continuous measurements of hemoglobins by using an eluate or a hemolysis solution containing one kind or more of amines have a specific molecular weight. SOLUTION: In this method, a compound having at least one kind of amines having a molecular weight of 20 to 500 is used as an eluate or a hemolysis solution. Amines include a primary to tertiary amine having a molecular weight of 20 to 500. The primary amine includes methylamine, ethylamine and the like and the secondary amine includes dimethylamine, diethylamine and the like. The tertiary amine includes trimethylamine, triethylamine and the like. When the molecular weight of the amines is less than 20, volatility is large and a problem is caused in storage and when the molecular weight exceeds 500, an eluation is small. The molecular weight is particularly preferably 30 to 150. An amines concentration contained in the eluate or the hemolysis solution is preferably 1 to 5,000 ppm. When the concentration is less than 1 ppm, a non-specific adsorption of the hemoglobin is easily caused and when it is not less than, 5,000 ppm, a separation performance of the hemoglobin becomes bad.
