SOLUTION: In the resistance measuring apparatus 1 for measuring a resistance value of a resistor 3 to be measured based on a voltage V1 across the resistor 3 and a measured current IM of a predetermined current value by supplying the current IM of the predetermined current value to the resistor 3, an inspecting current of lower current than the predetermined current value is supplied to the resistor 3 prior to a measurement of the resistance value, and the current IM is supplied when the inspecting current is detected, and the resistance value is measured.
