PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize pressure loss while increasing the contact area with passing air by providing a plurality of pin-like protrusion for heat transfer on the surface of a fin while streaming leeward. SOLUTION: A pipe 1 for circulating refrigerant, e.g. CFC gas, is provided with a large number of heat transfer fins 29 and heat is exchanged by passing air between them. The fin 29 is provided with a large number of pin-like protrusions 3 shaped to stream leeward. Since resistance of passing air is low, the contact area with passing air increased while minimizing pressure loss and the heat transfer area can be increased resulting in the enhancement of heat exchanging performance.
