PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for floor heating, which is capable of detecting the penetration of a nail through a pipeline surely at any place, by a method wherein the electric conduction between one of a conductive sheet among a plurality of conductive sheets, bonded on the surface of a floor, and fluid in the pipeline is checked. SOLUTION: A metallic sheet 31 is disposed at a mating part between neighboring conductive sheets and an adhesive sheet 32 is bonded thereon to fix the metallic sheet 31 to the conductive sheets 12, 13. A continuity will not be established directly between the conductive sheet 12 and the other conductive sheet 13 through the adhesive layer 12a, however, the continuity between the conductive sheets 12, 13 can be secured by the metallic sheet 31.
