PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the opening closing states of a valve in short time, even if the opening closing operations of the valve are actually performed, and to facilitate a flow rate control of a conduit, by constituting the valve so that the opening/closing states of the valve may be detected by a sensor and an action member provided on a valve box a valve element and the opening/closing states may be transmitted to the outside. SOLUTION: When a partition valve 1 is in a full close state, an action member 8a provided on the side of a valve element 3 and a sensor 7a provided on the side of a valve box 2 are opposed and the sensor 7a becomes a state of the presence of reaction. Since a second action member 8b provided on the side of the valve element 3 and a second sensor 7b provided on the side of the valve box 2 are not opposed, the sensor 7b becomes a state of the absence of reaction. Since both of the action members 8a, 8b are not opposed to the sensors 7a, 7b in the case of a half-open state, both of the sensors 7a, 7b become states of the absence of reaction. Therefore, output signals of these sensors 7a, 7b are imputted in a portable transmitter-receiver together with discriminating symbols of the valve element 3, and the valve opening/closing state is discriminated in the transmitter-receiver.
