PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the system that attains an easy to use and useful information service through the use of a mobile telephone system by adopting a configuration such that a reception service device transmits menu picture data in response to served information to an information receiver for the operation by the operator of the information receiver. SOLUTION: The system adopts a configuration such that a reception service device transmits picture menu data in response to served information for the operation by the operator of an information receiver to the information receiver. A center transmitter-receiver 12 in a center side system 1 generates menu picture data and transmits the data to a data adaptor set 22. The transmission/reception of the data is in compliance with the regulation of the digital system automobile telephone standards. Upon the receipt of the menu picture data, the data adaptor set 22 transfers the data to a car navigation system 23. When the car navigation system 23 receives the menu picture data, the system 23 returns a reception acknowledgment signal to the data adaptor set 22. The data adaptor set 22 transmits the reception acknowledgment signal to the transmitter-receiver 12.
