PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable radio terminal equipment whose operability for users is improved. SOLUTION: In this equipment, an antenna 5 is housed in a portable telephone set main body 1, and it can be pulled out in a direction vertical to the side which is brought into contact with a side apart from a loudspeaker installed in the upper area of the length direction of an upper face on a side vertical to the length direction of the upper face, where the loudspeaker 4 of the portable telephone set main body is installed. A microphone 6 is housed in the tip part of the antenna, and the antenna 5 is pulled out from the side so as to arrange the microphone at the mouth of a user, and the operability for the user can be improved.
