PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate data transfer. SOLUTION: This data transfer system connects plural devices with a common system bus 1 and transfers data from one module to another module through the system bus 1, and contains a bus arbiter 2 which performs control about the use of the system bus 1, a common clock generating part 3 which respectively gives a common clock for receiving control from the bus arbiter 2 to plural modules A, B and C, and separate clocking parts 4A to 4C which transmit a separate clock for transmitting and receiving data to be transferred from the plural respective modules A, B and C to other modules through the system bus 1.
