PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a comparatively large inputting/outputting range by providing an inputting stage formed of an n-inputting stage and a P-inputting stage and a push/pull outputting stage and allowing the push/pull outputting stage to output an output voltage signal to allow an output voltage to speedily and accurately respond to an inputted voltage signal. SOLUTION: The P-inputting stage includes inputting transistors P111 and P112 and inputs a differential input voltage signal equal to that to input to the n-inputting stage. The push/pull outputting stage includes a pair of outputting transistors P117 and P118, which are provided with common drain connection to output an output voltage signal OUT from there. In addition, the push/pull outputting stage is provided with plural groups of transistors and these adjusts output voltage OUTP to faithfully follow the variation of input voltage INP and control a current to supply and discharge to a load in the voltage of the upper end part and the lower end part of an input voltage range in particular.
