PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collector in which a collector efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: A solar heat collector comprises a heat collecting plate 111 for absorbing solar heat, heat collecting pipes 109 disposed in the vicinity of the heat collecting plate 111 and in which a heat transfer medium receiving heat from the heat collecting plate 111 flows and a heat retaining material 103 provided in the back parts of the heat collecting pipe 109. Heat transfer from the heat collecting plate 111 to the heat collecting pipes 109 is carried out by using a thermally conductive rubber sheet 131.
