PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colorimetric value subjected to correction while taking account of the temperature of an object being measured. SOLUTION: A light source section 5 and a light receiving section 6 form a colorimetric optical system and measurements can be obtained by driving it. A temperature detecting section 7 has a thermopile 72 disposed oppositely to an object being measured and detects surface temperature thereof. Thermochromism of a sample, i.e., a temperature characteristic data, is stored in a memory 11. A corrected colorimetric value is obtained by correcting the measurements from the colorimetric optical system using the temperature characteristic data and the detected surface temperature.
