PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration of a receiving lead pipe and a roof part of a liquefied gas tank at the time of supplying liquefied gas by providing horizontal deflection plates at intervals on a lower part of the receiving lead pipe vertically extending from the roof part up to the vicinity of a bottom plate and supporting these horizontal deflection plates by a buffer supporting member. SOLUTION: A receiving lead pipe 12 is mounted on a roof part of an LNG tank and vertically extends from this roof part to the vicinity of a bottom plate 2a. In this case, horizontal deflection plates 14 are disposed at intervals (e) on a lower part of the receiving lead pipe 12 and the direction of LNG falling from the receiving lead pipe 12 is deflected in the substantially horizontal direction. These horizontal deflection plates 14 are supported by the bottom plate 2a via a buffer supporting member 16 constituted of a plurality of supporting columns 16a and supporting hardware 16b supporting each supporting column 16a. As a result, impact of liquefied gas falling downward via the receiving lead pipe 12 is received by the horizontal deflection plates 14, and impact force is dispersed by the buffer supporting member 16 and is transmitted to the bottom plate 2a.
