PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between an underground box and an underground buried pipe for simultaneously satisfying slide characteristics, flexibility for uneven subsidence, watertightness, and working efficiency. SOLUTION: A buried pipe 4 is inner-fitted in the direction of a pipe axis slidably for a connection cylinder 9 at the side of an underground box 2, a rubber-shaped seal 22 for retaining watertightness is arranged the side of an outer end face in the direction of the pipe axis of the connection cylinder 9 and is allowed to adhere to the outer end face of the connection cylinder 9 and the outer-periphery surface of the buried pipe 4, and the rubber-shaped seal 22 is mounted to the connection cylinder 9 by a holder 23.
