PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access information of a moving agent by a Web browser means by communicating with the Web browser means by HTTP and sending and receiving data to and from a moving agent according to position information of a position notifying means. SOLUTION: An agent proxy 20 is connected to an information network and communicates by HTTP, and according to the position information of the position notifying means 41, a URL converting means 21 changes the position information based on its conversion table 23 by making the URL correspond to a product agent 40 when informed of the position information by the position notifying means 41. Further, the Web server means 22 of the agent proxy 20 obtains the position information from the URL converting means 21 by receiving the specification of a URL and sends/receives data to/from the product agent 40 according to the position information.
