摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly efficient rectifying circuit enabling integration, by connecting the sources/drains of NMOS transistors with first and second input terminals and negative-pole output terminals, and connecting the first and second input terminals with the gates of the third and fourth NMOS transistors, respectively. SOLUTION: A first input terminal 105 is connected with the gate of a fourth NMOS transistor 4 and the drain of a third NMOS transistor 3. A second input terminal 106 is connected with the gate of the third NMOS transistor 3 and the drain of the fourth NMOS transistor 4. The sources of the NMOS transistors 3 and 4 and sub-electrodes are connected with a negative input terminal 108. When an alternating-current signal is inputted to the first and second input terminals 105 and 106, as mentioned above, the third and fourth NMOS transistors 3 and 4 are repeatedly and alternately turned on and off in conformity with the frequency of the alternating-current signal according to the voltage levels of the input terminals 105 and 106.
