PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable configuration while using a simple and inexpensive circuit by providing one package or the like with an oscillator which is equipped with a monostable multivibrator(MMV) and a buffer with enable, providing the other package or the like with an MMV and a logic circuit and transmitting a logic signal from one to the other package or the like. SOLUTION: For the circuit to adopt a logic signal transmitting system, transmission and reception packages are mutually connected by a single signal line Ls and a common ground (GND) line Lg. The transmission package is provided with two MMVs 10 and 20, and the output of the MMV:20 is sent via a buffer 30 with enable to the signal line Ls. Meanwhile, the reception package is further provided with an MMV:40, inverter 50 and OR gates 60 and 70. The outputs of a Q3B terminal of the MMV:40 and both the OR gates 60 and 70 are provided as outputs A, B and C.
