PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously provide fixed displacement characteristics for environment temperature, to increase positioning accuracy, and at the same time to prevent malfunctioning operation by arranging a shape memory alloy element where one end part is fixed and the other end part of non-shape memory alloy element at opposite sides each other at the rotation end part of a rotation piece for fixing. SOLUTION: One end part of a rotation piece 1 is supported by a support shaft 2 while the end part can be rotated. One end part of a shape memory alloy element 3 with super elasticity is connected to the rotation end part of the rotation piece 1. The other of the shape memory alloy element 3 is fixed to a retention member 4. A bias spring 5 being used as a non-shape memory alloy element is arranged at the opposite side of the shape memory alloy element 3 with the rotation piece 1 as a center. Then, one end part of the bias spring 5 is connected to the rotation end part of the rotation piece 1, and at the same time the other is fixed to a retention member 6. In this case, the bias spring 5 should be formed by alloy such as stainless steel without normal temperature characteristics.
