The mobile shelter is mounted on wheels (2A,2B) and is formed as a shelter structure, such as a hut, tent, marquee etc. and is equipped with a propulsion system (4) and a steering mechanism (5). An internal seat (6) may be fitted. The shelter is fitted with controls to identify where the operator is working and to transmit this information to the propulsion system, to enable the shelter to follow the operator, as he proceeds along the row of plants.
