PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a recording-person side to perform recordings so that recording times and tones of audio signals are different or the recording times of them become roughly constant in the case of recording one-bit stream data of multichannel audio signals. SOLUTION: The high frequency component of an analog input signal for each channel of multiple channels is cut by one LPF of LPFs 201 selected by a sampling frequency specifying signal and, succeedingly, the high frequency component of a residual band passing through the LPF 201 is emphasizingly processed by one circuit of emphasis circuits 202 similarly selected by the sampling frequency specifying signal and next it is converted into one-bit stream signal by aΔΣmodulation A/D converter 203 to be recorded an audio disk. Thus, audio signals are converted into one-bit stream signals with the same or different sampling rate and quantization resolution for each first and second group or the like of the multichannel audio signals.
