PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the mouse pad which gives good operability to a mouse by providing a repeelable adhesive layer, made of a repeelable adhesive obtained by mixing and dispersing silica powder in urethane resin, on the reverse side of a thin base material sheet. SOLUTION: The repeelable adhesive layer 2 is provided on the reverse surface side of thin base material sheet 1 formed by laminating a polyester film of 25μm in thickness on the top surface of synthetic paper having thickness of 400μm which is formed of polypropylene. The repeelable adhesive layer 2 is formed of a repeelable adhesive layer forming sheet 20. The repeelable adhesive layer forming sheet 20 has the repeelable adhesive layer 2 formed of the repeelable adhesive obtained by mixing and dispersing silica powder in urethane resin, on one surface of the polyester film of 25μm in thickness. The other surface side of the repeelable adhesive layer forming sheet 20 is applied to the reverse surface side of the thin base material sheet 1 and laminated by using one drop of an acryl-based adhesive, etc., to easily form the repeelable adhesive layer 2 on one surface of the thin base material sheet 1.
