PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit for turning off a main power switch remotely in electric equipment such as a TV receiver with the main power switch and a standby switch. SOLUTION: In electric equipment with a main power switch and a standby switch, the main power switch is composed by an AC switch 21 with a solenoid (electromagnet), a microcomputer 8A for control in the electric equipment receives a specific key signal from a remotely controlled transmitter 10A, and a drive voltage is given to the solenoid of the AC switch 21 with a solenoid (electromagnet) based on the signal, thus turning off the AC switch 21. More specifically, the main power switch can be turned off by operating the remotely controlled transmitter 10A. |
