<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifying and air-conditioning device, capable of obtaining a comparatively high reproducing temperature and high in COP while being compacted. SOLUTION: A dehumidifying and air-conditioning device is provided with a moisture adsorbing device 103, having a desiccant adsorbing moisture in treating air A and reproduced by reproducing air B, a heat pump HP1, utilizing the treating air A as a low heat source and the reproducing air B as a high heat source to pump up heat from the low heat source into the high heat source while provided with a compressor for compressing refrigerant, and a treating air cooler 300, provided in the downstream side of the flow of treating air with respect to the moisture adsorbing device 103 and cooling the treating air, whose moisture is adsorbed by the desiccant. In this case, the dehumidifying and air-conditioning device is constituted so as to heat the refrigerant before being sucked into the compressor 260 by the refrigerant, which has become substantially saturated vapor through heat exchange between the reproducing air before reproducing the desiccant after being compressed by the compressor 260 while the treating air cooler 300 cools the treating air through the evaporation of the refrigerant while the evaporated refrigerant is cooled and condensed by cooling fluid.</p> |
