<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a document suitable for the copy of hard copy. SOLUTION: Information 100 is provided from at least one resource and the information is provided with plural reference links 140 and 142 for establishing a corresponding reference route among components 120, 122, 120 and 124 of information. The physical structure of a document to be formed is established and plural document links corresponding to the reference links are defined. A function link, which can be interpreted by a user, is allocated to each document link and by allocating the plural document links to at least one of function links, the several function links, which can be interpreted by the user, are optimized.</p> |
