PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a spectrum analyzer display visually pleasant to match the preference of a listener by allowing the listener to select a display pattern optionally from among a plurality thereof. SOLUTION: In this display device, levels of divided frequency bands of audio signals are detected by a level detection part 102, a basic display pattern for carrying out a spectrum analyzer display read in from a memory part 105 is changed by a display pattern conversion part 103 according to the detected levels and the basic display pattern thus changed is processed by a display pattern working part 104 according to a desired instruction for processing from a key operation part 107. Then, the levels of the frequency bands of the audio signals are displayed on a display part 109 according to the display pattern thus processed. |
