PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sound-proofing performance of an outer wall panel for an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A rim member 6 is formed of a synthetic resin so as to have the shape of a frame. An outer sheet 11 made of a steel sheet is attached to the outside surface of the rim member 6 while an inner sheet 12 is attached to the inside surface of the rim member 6. The inner sheet 12 is constituted of a vibration-damping aluminum composite sheet by pinching a synthetic resin 12b between upper and lower aluminum sheets 12a, 12a. A space surrounded by the rim member 6 and the outer sheet 11 as well as the inner sheet 12 is filled with a foamed body F. |
