PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated heat exchanger ensuring a sufficiently high exchanging rate, excellent in productivity and applicable over a wide range. SOLUTION: Metal particles 2 of aluminum, copper, or the like, having high thermal conductivity are bonded each other by powder metallurgy, or the like, to form a porous basic body 3. A shield film 4 is then formed on the entire surface of the basic body 3 including through holes 5 by plating, metal spray, or the like, and refrigerant supplied into the basic body 3 from an inlet 6 set at a mouthpiece buried in the basic body 3 by integral molding. The refrigerant is passed through the gaps between the metal particles 2 and discharged from an outlet 7 set for another mouthpiece. Cold heat of the refrigerant is exchanged with outer air or water through a shield film 4 during conduction of refrigerant.
