PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve the closing direction of which is inverted. SOLUTION: A rotary disc 3 to close a passage is arranged at the internal part of a valve casing 2 inverting around the axis of a valve spindle 4. A valve seat to form the port 5 and the peripheral edge of the port 5 is arranged at the rotary disc 3. The swing valve element 7 is arranged at the rotary disc 3 oscillatorily throughout a range from a position a swing valve element 7 is brought into contact with a valve seat to close the port 5 and a position where the port 5 is released, and an operation part 9 to effect inversion operation of the rotary disc 3 is arranged at one end of the valve spindle 4.
