PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an image processor thin for wall mounting. SOLUTION: This image processor for wall mounting is provided with an image read/write integrated head X and a case 90 housing the head X. The heat X has a case 1 where a transparent cover 2 to which an image read line L is set is attached to the front edge part. The image processor is also provided with a substrate 4 attached to a base part of the case 1 and plural photodetectors 4a and plural elements 4b for printing which are respectively arranged at a row shape extending in a longitudinal direction of the substrate 4 and which are mounted on the substrate 4, and the image processor also attaches the rear of the case 90 so as to extend along an erect face such as a wall surface H. Here, one side part 42 in the width direction of the substrate 4 projects toward one side of the case 1, and plural elements 4b for printing are mounted on a signal face on the side where the transparent cover 2 at the projecting part is located. On the other hand, the plural photodetectors 4a are mounted on the single of the substrate 4 while being contained in the case 1.
