<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing efficiency as a tollgate without increasing the number of the lanes of the tollgate. SOLUTION: This entrance automation system is installed at the entrance of a highway and is provided with a vehicle discrimination device 3 for discriminating a vehicle kind for every vehicle advancing to a lane 2 toward an entrance booth 1, an ATM (automatic passing ticket issuing machine) 5 for issuing a passing ticket in the case that it is discriminated as one two-wheeled vehicle or a vehicle by the vehicle discrimination device 3 and a PTIM (issuing machine for left handle vehicle) 6 for issuing the passing ticket in the case that it is discriminated as two sets of the two-wheeled vehicles by the vehicle discrimination device 3 or in the case of a left handle vehicle.</p> |
